Case Study - Royal Bank of Scotland

The Royal Bank of Scotland's Headquarters resembles a mini town, built to a very high standard its leisure facilities include a shopping mall, golf course, football pitchs, tennis courts and a swimming pool complex.

The swimming pool complex features marble floors with a deck level pool and drainage channel.

The drainage channel had been painted with a well known paint system that had totally failed after only three years, allowing the flaking surface to enter the balance tank, as a result the original channels weren't waterproof and had allowed ground water to penetrate,

PAS Drainage were approached to fit our unique vacuum infusion gulley system.
Custom designed our channels were fitted with hydrostatic valves, thus any ground water building up beneath the channels could escape back into the channel and run to the balance tank.

Once installed our channels were then fitted with our own CNC manufactured HDPE drainage grills.

To minimise disruption to the complex our channels were manufactured in our factory and installed overnights.
